In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to eliminate possible misunderstandings, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the general conditions and house rules. Please take it into consideration and ensure cleanliness and peace.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS

➤ Check-in is possible after 3pm on the day of arrival.

➤ Check-out must be done no later than 11am on the day of departure. Later departure is possible for an additional fee after prior confirmation and subject to availability.

➤ Tourist tax is paid in cash. Please leave the exact amount on the table in cash.

➤ The electrical voltage is 220 V.

➤ Parking : A private free parking lot is in front of the accommodation.

➤Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the holiday house.

➤ Entering the holiday house in ski boots is not allowed.

➤ Pets are not allowed.

➤ The holiday house is intended for rest and relaxation, so parties are not permitted.

➤ Please close the front door; it will lock automatically. You can reopen it with the code you received upon arrival.

➤ The holiday house was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, so for added comfort, please use the slippers provided in the drawer in the entrance hall.

➤ Please avoid wasting hot water unnecessarily and refrain from discarding towels after a single use, as we aim to be environmentally friendly.

➤ Tap water is safe to drink.

➤ Free Wi-Fi is available in the holiday house. Username: Vila Klif, no password required.

➤ The "Klifko" storage facility is intended for storing sports equipment (ski boots, skis, bicycles, sleds, etc.). The key to "Klifko" can be found in the main building near the entrance.

➤ Vila Klif is fully equipped: bed linen, towels, kitchenware, utensils, and basic cooking essentials like vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Cleaning supplies, including a cloth, broom, vacuum cleaner, sponge, detergent, and cleaning agents, are also provided. The house is stocked with toilet paper, soap, and bins for waste separation.

➤ A dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are also available for your use.

➤ For safety reasons, the exterior of the house is equipped with video surveillance, which you can disable using the switch by the internal staircase. Please ensure the video surveillance is reactivated before departure.

➤ During the summer, please secure the ropes at the driveway to prevent visits from cows and calves.

➤ Please work with us to take care of the inventory, do not damage it or take it away. You are responsible for any damage caused through your fault. Please notify us of any damage so that we can take appropriate action before the arrival of the next guests.

SECURITY

We recommend that you take valuables and money with you when you leave the apartment. If your funds are stolen, please notify us immediately and call 113. We are not responsible for stolen funds or damage to your property.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR A PLEASANT STAY

➤ Please close the front door.

➤ The apartment was completely cleaned before your arrival, so please wear slippers for better comfort.

➤ Protect our natural environment and pay attention to the rational use of water and electricity.

➤ Please collect waste separately to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

Upon Departure:

➤Ensure that all dishes are washed and stored in the cupboards. If you use the oven, please clean it before leaving.

➤Tidy up after yourself and take the trash out to the designated bins located near the "Klifko" shed.

➤If you use the fireplace, you do not need to clean it before departure.

➤Upon leaving, hang all keys in their designated place, close the house doors, and secure the ropes at the driveway.

➤In case of damage caused by negligence or recklessness, you will be held responsible.
